1. Do you have a small capacity mixer/blender of 3 liter?

    Yes, we have small capacity mixer from 3L to 110L for lab use.

2. Is it easy to clean so that we can mix/blend different powder one batch after another?

    Yes, our lab series mixer's inside blades and barrel are all dismountable. You can clean it thoroughly  by yourself.

3. Is it possible to mix/blend 3 liters or 15 liters with one machine only?

    Yes, There is 6 size barrel for 1 mixer from 3L to 18L. You can choose what you need.

4. If I want to mix different powders particle size in 200mesh(74um), how long would be ok?

    10 minutes or less upon the fluxility of the powder

5. If I want to mix powder size smaller than 800 mesh(19um), would it also capable?

    Yes

6. If I want to mix light powder and heavy powder, like Mgnesita powder and Cromo powder, the light powder is easily floating on the surface of heavy powder, then the light powder can not well- dispersed. Does your mixer can slove this problem?

   Yes, absolutely. Our double movement series mixer have unique structure over the world. The barrel rotating while the inside 8 full size helical blades rotating also. The barrel rotating like a 3D mixer. The inside helical blades can do cutting, dividing,pressing job. If our machine used to mix normal powders like milk powder,detergent powder,protein powder, etc.....it will need less time than other mixer.

7. I am in food industrial, what kind of mixer/blender is better for me?

    All parts connect to food mixture need better quality stainless steel 304/316 to prevent contaminate.

8. I am in chemical industrial, what kind of mixer/blender is better for me?

   Pls check if the chemical powder have corrosivity. If so, you need use better SS 304/316 anti-acid barrel.

9. I am in metallurgy industrial, what should I take special care of?

   If the powder is super fine, they are easily getting into a ball when mixing. Sometimes the powder would stick to the corner of the barrel and do not partake mixing, this is what we called "dead corner". It is affect mixing effect and products quality.

   1) For example, diamond tools industrial. if the raw material powder did not well-mixed, the tools would easily get split.

   2) Refractory industrial, aggregate and additive, if the powder did not well-mixed, it will reduce the service life.

   3) Food industrial, instant coffee, protein,tea dust,flour, the additives must be well-mixed, otherwise, it will affect taste or effect.

10. Why your mixer's/blender's price higher than others'?
