There are two subsidiary companies: one is the producing base, Jingzhou Dingxing Light Textiles Industrial Co.Ltd,located in Hubei Province. Main products  are kinds of towels, diapers for both the aged and baby, T-shirts, bedsheets and blankets.

The other is Hongkong Dinghong Trade company which is located in the Kwun Tong, KowLoon Hongkong. And it is specialized in storing and transferential export  business.

Apart from that, the general corperation has been also collecting and exporting other textile and light procuts, such as mosquito-net, slippers, cases, bags, ramee socks , garments, electron products and so on.
