Stitch density

It mainly adopts the stepper motor control and 24 segments density selection. Subdivision technology is adopted with its adjustable range is 0650 degree, which is able to control the size of cut piece accurately. It adopts closed-loop system to supervise the current position of motor.

Sinker system

Stepper motor control is able to adjust as per different fabrics, and finally realiz the multiple narrowing and widening effects. It is composed of left system and right system to adjust.

Batching system

Computer programs command, stepper motor control,24 segments tension selection with the adjustable range is 0-100 degree. It is able to select the moment of force to assist the roller for the purpose of providing effective tensile force for thick piece of clothes.

Color changing system

2*8 groups of yarn mouth configurations are equipped with two sides of four guide rails for the purpose of shifting the yarn mouth at any position of needle bed( standard configuration 2*8)

Comb device

it may adopt the scissor clamp device and comb device.
