Functional overview
QGW36 roller-type external shot blasting machine is to clean outside surface of the cylinder and steel structure .It not only can remove the work piece surface corrosion weld dregs, but also can eliminate the welding stress of work piece, enhances the anti-fatigue strength of the work piece, increase the film adhesion when painting work piece and enhances superficial and the intrinsic quality finally. The shot blasting machine has the following characteristics:
The layout of shot blasting room and shot blaster are determined after the dynamic three-dimensional computer ejection simulation.
Uses the centrifugal-type shot blaster which has high ejection speed, it can obviously raises the cleaning efficiency, obtain the satisfied cleaning quality.
The non-pit structure can reduce the charges of pit operating.
V roller adopts round incline method to achieve the rotation and running forward of the work piece. Thus it can guarantee the cleaning effects.
The V-wheel in the shot blasting machine is made up of the anti-friction material.

The composition and structure of equipment
QGW36 shot blasting cleaning machine is the roller-type shot blast machine, its working principle is to roll over the work piece on the open roller, then open roller clean the work piece when it through machine to meet user requirements. The machine is composed by shot blasting room, shot blaster unit, shot cycle purification systems, system of dust removal and electrical systems and so on.
