Main features:
Swing beam cutting design, high stability, high speed, high safety protection, easy operation
Hydraulic drive, swing beam, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder.
The position of low blade can be adjusted to ensure the equilibrium of the gap after regrinding.
The protable and prompt adjustment of the blades'gap, the value of gap is indicated by dial, positioning reliable.
The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled. The machine has the function of single shearing and automatic continuous shearing.
Equipped with E20,or DAC310/DAC350 system(Holland).Closed loop control system is composed of CNC system and the location coder.Nc system has the automatic function of compensation and automatic inspection to ensure the plate's parallelism and the precision of the shear size. The travel precision of the backgauge can be assured precisely.
After inputting pre-computed date, the back gauge can be automatically moved, positioned and stopped, and high in cutting efficiency.
Protection fence and the electric interlocker to ensure the operation safety.
