Hydraulic Notching machine Main features

This machine is a kind of thin-plate notching machinery.The user can notch angles of more than90°, through a two xstep process.and have heavy duty cutting blade.and easy to read front gauges.The equipment is suitable for use in the field of motor-car,shipbuilding, air conditioning, duct, cooker and stainless products.

The machine frame is structured with steel welded plate.The worktable and spin table are structured with casting steel. This machine is reliable control with easy adjustment and maintenance.

When working. The machine can cut the gap with different specification thin-plate, as following showed.

a.power on (change switch4)

b.start oil-pump mortor(1)

c.Adjusting the cutting angle,in order to reach the requested angle

d.Loosen the switch of the cylinder(3)

the foot power swith(6),to let the hydraulic part working the cylinder working,and push the top beam shearing,by connect-pole structure.

f.After shearing,the top beam will repositioned automatically then start the second the operating.

When you purchased our machine, please kindly notice the following items.

The machine adopt 380v,the electricity is 1.13A

The machine could not run until oiled 40kg in the Hydraulic tank.

1. When the user connect the power oil the hydraulic oil,please press the oil pump button to check whether something abnormal.

2. If some abnormal occurred please press the emergency stop button,the machine could not run for a long time,otherwise it will damage the oil pump and other parts.

3. When everything ok,then the user can press the foot power switch,and start shearing the plate.

4. The hydraulic pressure has been adjusted before shipment.The user can adjust the pressure by himself for some special request.

Notching machine Safety and Maintenance

The machines are hydraulic machinery.Please kindly notice following items when using the machine.

1. The motor could not be reversed when connecting the wiring in order to prevent the damage of oil-pump.

2. The machine has been totally cleaned before shipment.in order to prevent the damage of the hydraulic components,please change the hydraulic oil after 72hours usage.

3. When operating the machine.The user one suggested not exceed than 12mpa/min .

4. The blade are made of alloy materal which with high hardness.The user should not shearing the materal with high hardness in order to protect the blade.

5. When shearing,the operator should not put hand below into the blade in order to preventing hand from hurting.

6. The machine should be checked trimly,especially checks the joint of the hydraulic tube whether have been oil-leakage,or the Blade whether have been damaged.

7. Before finish work everyday. The machine should be cleande.
