Introduction
This machine is suitable for the material that have 10-30% nutrient.
And have many characteristic such as: high rate, round grain, easy to operate and maintain. Stable moving on the traps of reducer and motor extend the life span of the machine.
The TZope degree of its pan can be adjusted from 40° to 55°,The pan rotates at a certain angle with the horizontal driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will rise along with the rotating pan under the friction between the powder and the pan; on the other hand, the powder will fall down under gravity. At the same time, the powder is pushed to the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder materials roll in a certain trace under these three forces. It gradually becomes the required size, then overflow by the pan edge. It has the advantages of high granulating rate, uniform granule, high strength, easy operation, convenient maintenance, etc.

Working Principle
The disc revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane. Add basic fertilizer powder mixed according to the formula into disc in the process of revolving. The powder will rise along with the revolving disc under the friction between the powder and the disc, on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity. At the same time, the powder is swung towards the disc edge out of the centrifugal force. With the spraying of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It gradually shapes in the required size, then overflows by the disc edge.
