There are two kinds of granule machine,  pan granulator  for fertlizer with below 50,000 output, androtary drum granulator for fertilizer with beyond 50,000 output

  pan granulator 

 1. Brief Introduction

Pan granulator is one of common equipments in compound fertilizer industry. Generally, it is applicable to smaller-scale fertilizer production of medium and low content. The slope degree of its pan can be adjusted from 40° to 55°.

The pan rotates at a certain angle  driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will rise along with the rotating pan out of  the friction between the powder and the pan; on the other hand, the powder will fall down out of  gravity. At the same time, the powder is pushed to the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder materials roll in a certain trace under these three forces. It gradually becomes the required size, then overflow by the pan edge. It has the advantages of high granulating rate, uniform granule, high strength, easy  operation, convenient maintainence, etc.

1. Brief introduction

As  one of the key equipments in fertilizer industry, granulator for organic fertilizer is applicable forcooling, heating, and guniting and ammoniated granulation and big-scale fertilizer production .The Drum body adopts special rubber plate lining structure. It can remove scars and peel burls automatically. It has the advantages of high strength of granule, high production rate, crossion proof, abrasion proof, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

Note: Prodcution rate, granulation rate and the diameter of granule vary with different formulation, process and raw materials.
