1.The SH100 cassava cutting machine adopts the centrifugal theory that the two groups of knives cut vegetables at the same time.It can cut the potatoes into slices and sticks with high efficiency and good quality.

First step:

1. 1. We can loose the screws which are mainly used to tighten cutter plate and blade to change the distance (1.5-2.0cm is the best) between cutter plate and blade. 
2. 2. After adjusting the distance into our requirement,we should tight the screws again. 

 Second step:

1. 1. loose the screws which tight the feeding funnel in order to adjust the distance (2cm is the best)between feeding funnel and the cutter blade. 
2. 2. After making sure there is no friction between the feeding funnel and  blade plate,we can tight the screw again.

1. Integrating functions of grating and multistage separation. Grating and separating is carried out continuously, avoid the oxidative browning of the starch in the extracting process, production of starch is fine white.

2. Grating is fine and uniform with high ionization rate. Crushing component using the national patent - spike roller, grating the material into threadiness and slices, less fine slag, do not jam nets hole, available to extract starch. Adopting overflow principle, fully extend the broken material washing time, starch and fiber have enough time to be separated.

3. Separating parts adopt communicating vessels principle to ensure the water level of the first elutriation chamber high enough, filtering rate is greatly improved.
