Brine Injector
A brief description of the machine
1 Saline injection machine can full tenderize the meat with brine, inject into the prepared
aqueous solution, make meat soft, and improve the quality of meat.
2 According to different process requirements, adjust the stepping speed, stepping distance,
the gap of the meat plate and the injection pressure, then make the pickling liquid evenly and
continuously injected into the meat to achieve the best injection.3 The machine is made of
stainless steel, the design is reasonable, wellstructured, easy to operate, easy to clean, it has
automatic protection device, when the needle encountered a hard object, it will uplift by itself,
and not to be damaged.
