Widely Used Biomass Pellet Machinery Line
The biomass pellet machinery line is used to produce biomass fuel pellets from all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, EFB, PKS, corn cobs, newspaper, alfalfa, elephant grass etc. And the biomass pellets can be applicable in indstrial boiler, power plant, animal bedding, pellet stove etc.

We have different capacity of biomass pellet machinery line: 200-300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h, 3000kg/h, 4000kg/h, 5000kg/h, 10000kg/h. The complete wood pellet line consists of process: Crushing, Drying, Pelletizing, Cooling, Packing.

1 Raw Material
2 Crushing process-hammer mill
It’s used to crush materials by the collision between the high-speed hammer and materials. It can crush raw material with size less than 50mm (diameter) and the final product size can reach diameter 3-5mm.
3 Drying process-Dryer
The best moisture to pelletizing is about 13-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses stove to heat and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.
4 Pelletizing process- wood pellet machine
Pellet machine is the significant part of the biomass pellet machinery line, and has reliable and stable performance. It is specially designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass sources into pellets. Capacity ranges from 0.2T to 10T per hour. You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill depend on your capacity requirements. Our MKLH series Ring die pellet mill is best choice for large scale production. The final wood pellets will have high density and high heating value without pollution to environment.

5 Cooling process-Cooler
The hot wood pellet enter into the cooler, and cool air flues from below to up with the function of blower, then cool the raw material by the air. As a result, the wood pellets are cooled and moisture are lower.
6 Packing process-packing machine
After cooling, the pellets are packed into bags or stored as per your needs. The pellets can be weighed by the computer and then packed into bags.
Different Capacity of Biomass Pellet Machinery Line
1. The biomass pellet machinery line will be sent to you by sea, by air or even by International courier service.
2. The dievery time is usually 20-25 days upon receipt of your depoist or LC.
1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
1. The warranty time is one year from the date you get the machine, except the easy-wear parts.
2. If any parts are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it freely.
3. We are responsible for the smooth operation of the machines. If you have any problem during production, just feel free to contact us. We assure you our soonest response.
