DFLJ cooked slurry belt filtration machine currently fills the international blank. It is the most advanced automatic cooked slurry separating machine. We independently own the intellectual property rights of this unit, which has own several patents. It passed the provincial environment protection and energy conservation new product certification and identification of scientific and technological achievements.
Cooked slurry belt filtration machine greatly improves the traditional slurry and residue separating method, which occupies larger land, costs more energy, very complex operate, difficult to control the concentration, less protein was extracted, difficult to carry out standard operation.
This machine is essentially different with traditional horizontal separator. It makes good use of imported polyester belt pressing to separate. It is available for both of raw and cooked slurry separation, which can meet different requirement, and decrease cost. Its separation effect is very good; protein utilization is high(only 68% water is contained in the residue). With 160-200 mesh filter fineness and speed adjusting device, it can work smoothly with only 4.5kw and no noise.
This machine consists of automatic frequency transforming speed adjusting transporting system, stainless steel presser, imported polyester filtration belt, automatic belt washing device, stainless steel slurry containing trough, transporting pump, automatic correcting direction device,PLC automatic controlling and recording program, color human-machine interface operation and so on.
With integrated structure, computer controller, human-machine interface operation, and PLC automatic controlling and recording, it is very easy to operate.
