Specifications

1. Japanese bottled popular sake

2. a variety of wine, such as normal soju, plum wine, etc

3. Made with high quality raw material

Product Description

The sake is fermented to just the right level so it still retains the slight fresh flavor of newly brewed sake. The taste of crisply chilled sake on a hot day is an exceptional one.

In the Japanese language, the word "sake" can refer to any alcoholic drink, while the beverage called "sake" in English is usually termed nihonshu. Under Japanese liquor laws, sake is labelled with the word seishu, a synonym less commonly used in conversation.

In Japan, where it is the national beverage, sake is often served with special ceremony – gently warmed in a small earthenware or porcelain bottle called a tokkuri, and sipped from a small porcelain cup called a guinomi.

 Serving Suggestions

1. We carry a wide selection of drinking vessels, and drinking sake using different sake cups is an added enjoyment.

2. Finding the right sake cup for you is a pleasure in itself.

3. Bizen pottery ware sake decanters and cups have a charming presence, and superbly complement any dish.

4. Bizen pottery ware is said to make sake taste exquisite.

5. Sake can rightfully be called one of Japan's traditional crafts.

6. A cup's material properties and shape makes sake taste differently, but the sake's flavor itself does not change.

7. By looking at sake, appreciating it's aroma, holding it in your hand, savoring it's flavor, and enjoying the fragrance and after-taste it leaves in the mouth, it's taste is perceived differently.

8. How sake tastes is also changed depending on the temperature it is served and the food with which it is paired.

Production Methods

1. The sake is made only from carefully selected and domestically sourced rice and water.

2. The rice that is used is a variety that has been developed specifically for sake.

3. The soft water (Gassin spring water) that is used produces a sake that is also soft and gentle.

4. It is through the processes of rice milling ⇒ cleaning ⇒fermentation ⇒ filtration ⇒

heat sterilization that rice and water become sake.
