Normal Operation Condition of our rice harvester
1.1 Crop Condition
-The harvester is suitable for crops with height of 500-1000mm. Cutting heights must be increased if crops are higher.
-Yellow maturity stage
- It is suggested that there should be no grass above the cutting line. Ratio
of straw and grain for wheat is 0.6--1.2; Moisture content for wheat is
10%--20%; Ratio of straw and grain for rice is 1.0—2.4; Moisture content for
rice is 15%--28%.
-Climb cutting: lodging angleα< 45º.
1.2 Sludge depth:Shallow depth cannot over 50mm for single leg.
1.3 Field shape must be regularized, width≥ 10m, length≥ 50m.
Maintanence:
To keep the machine in good condition, maintanence must be taken periodically.
Maintanence for 4LZ rice and wheat combine harvester could be devided into three kinds as shift maintaence, season maintanence and technical maintanence.
