stainless steel sieve for starch
Centrifugal sieve is to separate the fine fiber from the starch slurry which is widely used in big and middle-sized starch factories for the extraction of tuber and wheat starch.
This equipment is made of high grade stainless steel with a special treatment on the surface which makes it oil resistant and dirt proof.
Centrifugal sieve is made of stainless steel frame, door closure, input pipe, backwash water module, backwash water faucet, rotary basket, major axis, driving group, electric motor, powder collecting room, residue collecting room, and so on.
The equipment has a high extraction rate of starch, easy installation. It is totally enclosed type without any relay tank. The design confirms with the hygiene standard. The whole system is compact which can be transported in a standard container.
