This machine should be equipped with an air compressor . Because of the strong air flow produced by air compressor, the cyclone peels off skin onions smoothly, with low damage rate. It is suitable for those food processing industries.

The onion peeler is starting by electric. And there are some buttons on it. The peeling time , feeding time , and the heating time can be set by the se buttons , which makes it more efficient .Besides, the air compressor is suggesed of 15kw .
