The introduction of plastic pallet for block brick making machine pvc pallet:
Be of a long life span. durable and high in strength. and is one of the best kind of pallet as carrier in brick production industry. Made from mixed recycled plastic material like PVC, HDPE, ABS,steel,bamboo and so on.
Compared with wood/bamboo pallet, plastic pallets have characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkli resistance, non-deformation, long cycle of reuse and so on, it can be used regularly in the temperature of 40-140 without cracking and degumming.
The life span is over 6 years in normal condition, Now more and more brick factory use this kind of pallet.

· Very hard and wear resistant, Steam and water resistant
· Impact/corrosion/acid resistance, non-deformation
· Be manufactured to any size required .
Plastic skidboards can be manufactured in any size between 25mm and 50mm.
Plastic skidboards are moulded and made from recyclable materials such as
recycled plastic, pvc, bamboo,steel and fibers mixed together and
compressed to form the Plastic Skidboard.
Plastic skidboards also do not require maintenance and its usage period is
substantially longer than any wooden skidboards currently available. Due to their
lengthy lifespan, replacements can be made only after 5-10 years.
