(1) Fully automatic. controlled by PLC system,random signa analysis,fault diagnosis and parameter setting-up achieved easily.
(2) Material stock hopper and the material feeding hopper are separated, quantitative feeding of materials made, which can effectively control concrete liquefaction and reduce the feeding time.
(3) Trailing feeding system adopt the multi-stirring forks, the mold case can slosh before and after quickly, in order to put the materials full the bottom of the mold case fast .
(4) Hydraulic components are fully used the Seiki components that are produced in Taiwan .which guarantee the reliability and stability of machinery long-term work, reduce the maintenance failure rate .
(5) Wide applicability, QT5-15 machine can change different molds due to the various needs .standard block, standard brick, planting brick, revetment ties, pavement slabs, decorative brick and other blocks are acceptable.
