2,Center height: 1200mm, max. tension: 600Kg, each head’s constant tension 8-80Kg stepless adjustable, air pressure: 0.06~0.6Mpa
3,Speed 0~8, 8~16, 16~20, 20~40r/min, frequency conversion adjustment, max. tangent section: width×height: 20×12mm² (phase for increase torque, frequency conversion against impact)
4,Mould length: 500-1900mm adjustable by ball screw, rolling rail to adjust the length. The mould adjusts the spindle length by waving the angle gear manually and controlling the lead screw to do the double movement. Manual wave is easy for adjustment, that can reduce the mould’s manufacture and has the manual thread tension mechanisms
5,After coil winding, the cutting feed structure can make the gas-liquid pressure boost cylinder auto-cut the magnetic wire according to set, and auto-feed tangent to the winding mould’s starting point through the step-by-step motor, max. feeding length 600mm, min. distance from lead trim thread to inner diameter is 105mm. e.g. coil height 40mm, lead 65mm-665mm, coil height 20mm, lead 85mm-685mm
6,Constant tension pay-off-rack measure coil plate’s distance by ultrasonic sensor, feedback the electric proportion valve to get the air pressure output change, to keep stable force between the full plate and the unfull plate
