Biomass pellet features with problem:
Biomass pellets are very high in Alkali,Ash and Volatile Content.Especially for high Alkali when being in low
tempreture would be difficult to be in fully combustion,and then easy to corrode walls of boiler,also coking
occurred at the same time.
Our Professional Proposal:
1.Adopting process of 60% combustion and 40% gasfied to warrantee combusting room tempreture up to
800 centigrade above.
2.Pellet density needs to be above 1.1g/cm2. Acidity content to be added into raw materials to saturate
an Acidity and an Alkali,which would make calorific up to 4600-6000 kcal and more pro-environment too.
