1. Rotional design
WNS (Horizontal type diesel three return) and all wet back design, 100% wave form boiler furnace, has good heat scalability, water cooled back to combustion chamber, 100% water covering fire overall design, plenty of heating area and reasonable structural arrangement. This ensures the boiler efficient running.
2. High efficiency and energy saving
The thermal efficiency is between 90 and 92%. Lower energy consumption, large space combustion chamber and reasonable structure arrangement make more energy enter into the water, greatly improve the heat transfer ability of fuel-steam and fuel-hot water.
3. Manufacturing standard
The production process is conducted in accordance with national and international standard ISO. Strict quality control means of the factory and advanced production technology ensure product safe and reliable.
4. Large steam storage room
Each type has enough steam storage room, which can deal with the fluctuation of the load, peak changing and provide high quality dry steam. Because dry steam helps eliminate condensation which is not need and is additional, thus save the fuel consumption, reduce the system scaling and prolong the service life.
5. Easy to maintenance
The boiler has an astir smoke box door in the front and behind, and it has a view fire hole. Workers can check and clean the furnace cavity through the access hole. The boiler body is designed with manhole, head hole and hand hole. Structure design is fully considered of future maintenance conveniently.
6. Accord with environmental protection
Combustion chamber space is large, which makes use of radiation heat transfer. With reliable quality of imported burner, it makes the fuel get complete combustion, thus greatly reduce harmful components in flue gas emissions.
