Description:

 

Groupeve 3D fiberglass Fabric is a newly developed fiberglass braided fabric, consisting of two bi-directional woven fabrics knitted together by vertical braided pillars. 8-shaped yarns combined form a pillar, whose height can be adjusted and can be designed in both horizontally and vertically. The thickness of the two surface deck layers, the fiber density & thickness can be customized. Groupeve 3D fiberglass fabric is full of possibilities; it can be flexibly applied in different ranges of end products and fields and developed into special structures, application fabric and partially reinforcement’s 3D fabrics.

Composites made from Groupeve 3D fiberglass fabric and coated with resin overcomes the shortcomings that composites made from honeycomb structure, foam coated structure and other structure shows such as easy delaminating and poor impact resistance ability. It is a newly developed, hi-tech, energy conservation and environment protection material because it possesses good properties such as good heat & sound insulation, light weight, high strength, high corrosion resistance and so on.

Packing Details:

 

The inner pack is paper scroll and outer pack is carton. The storage place should be dry and ventilated (humidity<65%) at a temperature of about 22 centigrade. The cartons must be laid horizontally. The loading and unloading should be done carefully.

10000sqm-20000sqm, according to different thickness.
