Double Chamber Vacuum Packing Machine
Description:
The products after vacuuming can be prevented from getting damp and going mould, thus to prolong storage. Aerating inert gases after vacuuming can lead to a longer storage and fresh appearance.
Due to its middle size,CJ-DS-510 series are suitable for big products and bulky small articles. It is efficient for continuous production for middle or small factories.
CJ-DS-510 Series have relay control and PCB control for users’ option.
CJ-DS-510/2A Double Chamber Packaging Machine, it is efficient for chamber operating by turns. With chamber height of 40mm, it is suitable for high products.
CJ-DS-510/2B Double Chamber Packaging Machine with flat vacuum lid, it is efficient for chamber operating by turns. It is suitable for vacuuming high water percentage products, due to easy cleaning.
CJ-DS-510/2C Double Chamber Packaging Machine, it is efficient for vacuuming in short time with ultra slim vacuum lid and small vacuum space.
CJ-DS-510/4C Double Chamber packaging machine, it is more efficient, with four sealing bar assembly in each chamber. It mainly applies to small and thin bags.
CJ-DS-510 series can be made with two 20m /h pump or one 40 m /h pump or one 63 m /h pump or one 100 m /h pump.
The model CJ-DS-510/2C and CJ-DS-510/4C can not be made with gas flushing function.
