Morphological characteristics:

The pileus of pleurotus ostreatus is 5-21 cm in diameter. It’s gray, light gray, tile gray, gray to dark gray. The fugus lid is rounded edge. The stipe is 1-3 cm in length and 1-2 cm in diameter. There are fluffs on the base. The pileus and the stipe are soft.

Nutrition analysis:
