Available whole or 6-way cut:

• Whole: 650 beasts per 40ft reefer 
• 6-way cut: 1000 beasts per 40ft reefer

-Further processing by request – Can be cut to particular specifications (7-way cut, telescopic cut, individual cuts)

-Chilled sheep by request  - 60-90 day shelf life depending on packaging method (adds approx. $0.25/kg)

The health of the meat is directly related to the health of the animal. New Zealand sheep eat their natural diet and are free to roam in spacious paddocks; allowing them to exercise their muscles and develop healthy meat of great taste and texture.

 

New Zealand sheep offers excellent value for money. 

 

Well suited to flavoursome curries, slow braising, and hearty, slow-cooked stews; many people prize shepp for its rich taste, texture and colouring. Many chefs are regaining their appreciation for this delicious meat and it features on the menus of some of the world's best restaurants, including the world-famous Ivy in London.
