the production processes of semi-automatic line for the pulp mouled 30-cell egg tray: first the worker will weight the raw material and put them into the hydrapulper, then the pulp will be discharged and adjusted to a certain consistency, the egg tays will be formed (or moulded) on the forming machines with the effect of the vacuum and compressed air. then worker will receive the wet blank from the forming machines by hand and bring them to the dryer or oursite for sun drying. after drying, the finished product will be packed by the worker, the difference between the automatic and semiautomatic production line is that:
the latter should be operated by hand in every working processes, so compared with the automatic production line, more labor will be involved in the production and the labor intensity is higher.
a hot pressing section should be added in the production of pulp moulded egg carton, fruit tray, cup carrier after drying because of the shrinking, the egg box/carton can be labelled or printed after hot pressing. Crrently, these processed should be fnished manually.
the preference of the customers depends on the local cost of the labor, rent, weather, energy, and other relevant factors.
