From the date of receiving the shipment in the destination port, any quality failures, we will offer free remote technical advice& support and also new parts if necessary with the copy of original Commercial Invoice. But below conditions is not included in this warranty clause: 1. Blocking and/or damages caused due to spraying strong corrosive solutions; 2. Damages caused due to structure and/or parts change without authorization; 3. Damages caused due to operating and/or maintenance not according to the operation manual; 4. Lost and/or damages caused due to man-made reasons or overload use; 5. Force majeure: earthquake, flood, fire and other disasters can not be foreseen. |
