Centralised High-pressure Washing
The Multi-pump pressure washer is a modular high pressure system which will allow simultaneous washing throughout a building or a livestock farm. It is available with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 pumps and will allow multiple users, such as 1 spraying gun, 2,3,4,5, and at most 6 persons to use at the same time.
Application
1. livestock farm, such as chicken farm, pig farm, cattle farm.
2. hatchery.
3. food processing factory
4. other industries need high pressure washing.
Operation
The Multipump system is housed in a plant/farm room or outside of workshops/farm house. Outlets from it are then piped around the factory/farm house and plug in points are installed at each point of use.
You can have numerous plug in points.The 6 pump system means 6 operators can work simultaneously.
Under the whole automatic mode of the system, you just need set up the pressure needed through the touch screen then start to use the system to do cleaning work. 6 operators are allowed to work simultaneously.
Under the manual mode, you can set up the pressure needed, also the pumps you want to start.
Features
The Multipump Centralized High Pressure Washer has a voltage of 380V~66A, It is available with either a stainless steel or a painted frame and different lances can be used on the same hose.
The system features an automatic stop system, fault indicator and low voltage controls. It provides easy access to its components for service and maintenance. All the pumps are controlled from one digital control panel, which also monitors the pressure and volume of water supplied to the pumps.
They are available with a delivery rate of between 15l/min and 90l/min, pressure between 0 bar and 250 bar, Abs Power between 7.5 Kw and 45 Kw. The dimension is 170 x 160 x 130 cm.
The system has frequency conversion function, to save energy.
A Stainless Steel water tank (500l) with inlet water control fixed as water supply station.
Centralised pressure water cleaning, more convenient. Offer 1, 15, 25,40 degree nozzles,spining nozzle and platform truck carrying liquid detergent/disinfectant tank. 6 pumps take turn to work and keep the same working intensity, therefore the pumps work steadily and has low maintenance rate.
Working intelligence.
1. intelligent unloading. under exit mode, the system can automatic test the pipeline pressure and unload it, therefore to extend the pipe life and keep safe.
2. intelligent pump-adding. insufficient pressure tested, the system will start the next pump to keep the system to offer the steady pressure needed.
3. intelligent de-pumping. Higher pressure tested, the sytem will shut down a pump until the pressure is normal, to save water and energy and keep safe.
4. intelligent shutdown. Nobody uses anymore, the system will shutdown automatically.
5. intelligent pump-banning. when a pump is overloaded or breaks down, the sytem will forbid this pump and skip it, and keep working steadily.
Energy efficiency. 6 spraying guns working simultaneously; energy saving by over 40%; water-saving by ver 50%.

1. electric protection. protecting from: electric leakage,short circuit,supervoltage,undervoltage,overload,phase sequence, etc.
2. water level indicator. to protect pumps and other danger.
3. overpressure protection. when the inside pressure of the pipeline overloaded, the mechanical and electric system will unload automatically. Double secure.
4. failure alarm. failure alarm is recorded in the system, can be checked through touch screen.
5. All main key parts are famous brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, AR, Suttner etc. Working stable and long lifetime.
