Machine description of pill press machine:

1.Pre and main pressing.Tablets are formed twice;Pre pressue,main pressure and dosing can be adjusted easily;

2. Punches and dies are made by advanced CNCs.Punches are made of 6CrW2Si alloy tool steel.Dies are made of Cr12MoV alloy tool steel;Charactor,icon,cartoon and other irregular tablets can be made by these punches and dies;

3. Punch pressure can monitored and displayed on touch screen;

4. Production data can be printed out by printer on the machine (optional);

Applications of pill press machine:

1). The machine designed for fully enclosed structure,also the material contact parts is made of stainless steel,the surface of turntable deal.

2). With poilshed to prevent cross pollution which meet the GMP requirements.it is equipped with Plexi-glass perspective window for ducing observation.Each perspective window could be fully opened and easy for cleaning and maintenance.

3). The advantage of higher pressure,large-scale press of tablet diameter,and used for abnormity or normal tablet pressing,which suitable for various and small batch producing.

4). When the pressure over-loading,it will be stopped the machine automatically.

5). Driving system is equipped with oil box and running under oil,easty for heat dissipation and wear-resistence.
