1. Q: Are you manufactory or trade company?
A: We are trade company, owns two factories, one is bag making machine factory, another is paper bag production factory.
2. Q: When can I get the price?
A: If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 24 hours.
We generally need these information to quote: Bag’s shape(Usage), Material, Color, Size, Quantity, Surface finishing.
3. Q: How can i get the samples? How long?
A: If you need bag samples to test, pls pay for the courier cost of samples and our samplse are free for you, we promise that the courier cost will be deducted from later order.
We will arrange sampels timely after receipt of your payment or get your express paid account notice.
Samples will be ready for delivery in 5~10 days.The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
4. Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.
5. Q: Can we have our olgo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Sure. We accept customize, pls send us the artwork by mail.
6. Q: How to deal with the defective products?
A: If you received the defective bags and it's the fault of our factory, we will replace new bags in next order or return money to you.
