2. Q: When can I get the price?

We generally need these information to quote: Bag shape(Usage), Material, Color, Size, Quantity, Surface finishing.
3. Q: How can I get the samples? How long?
A: If you need bag samples to test, please pay for the courier cost of samples and our samples are free for you, we promise that the courier cost will be deducted from
later order. We will arrange samples timely after receipt of your payment or get your express paid account notice. Samples will be ready for delivery in 5-10 days
and sent it to you by via express arrive in 3-5 days.
4. Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2-4 weeks.
5. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Sure. We accept customize, please send us the artwork by mail.
6. Q: How to deal with the defective products?
A: If you received the defective bags and it's the fault of our factory, we will replace new bags in next order or return money to you.
