Plastic Lid Press Machine
1). Installation:
The lid press-on machine can be quickly installed by your present plant personnel. The only
connections to be made to your own plant air line; on machines with motorized belt conveyors,
the motor must be connected to a switched connection and conveyor height is made to meet
your existing conveyors.
2). Operation:
the pail with lids will be press tightly throught sliding rollers with adjustable height.
3). Change of container and lid:
Height adjustment hand wheel for press-on unit is done by use of the rack and gear system to meet
different height of container press-on purpose. Also, the pail guides are easily adjustable to
accommodate different size pails.
4). Optional: Automatic Lid Feeder
