How does it works?
IPL treatment is effective based on its selective absorbability. When the intense pulsed light penetrates the epidermis, the energy of light will be greatly absorbed by the pigments in epidermis. High energy and dark color skin will be with high risk in treatment. Moreover, majority of the heat is reflected andrefracted at the same time, only 30% to 40% of energy is utilizable. Therefore, it needs to increase the energy for a better treatment result. However, majority heat is absorbed by the pigments inepidermis, which directly block to use high energy for treatment, so that affects the single treatment result.

IPL+RF Therapy
IPL plus RF is also a non-ablative resurfacing technique same as IPL. The multi-band IPL spectrum would get into the hypoderma layer though epidermis effectively.
Meanwhile, the contact cooling technology of epidermis avoided the bad effects from the energy over and enhanced absorbing of RF energy for target tissue.
Powerful Handpiece with H-pulse™
As key part of IPL+RF system, the efficiency of handpiece results the performance of machine and the treatment effect. All the intense light could be reflected and collected by the high efficiency reflector and sapphire light guider. Base on our
H-pulse™ technology, together with silver coated hand-polished reflector which processed by high density Cu-Alloy material,single pulse energy density could achieve 20J/cm2 easily, this is important for long-term treatment affectivity. For RF application, we add the electrode on the IPL light guide, so the RF power could be transmit along with IPL light together.
High Safety with Intelligent Alert System
As we know UV is harmful for skin, IPL as a wide spectrum system includes UV wavelength also. So we use three processes to cut off the harmful wavelength, first the lamp tube, then the quartz tube, at last the coated sapphire filter.
For a reliable machine, the alert system and automatic protective functions are necessary, that’s beneficial for both operator and machine. Our Elight series machines have the intelligent alert system, control the cycled water cooling system which important for the skin cooling. The principle of IPL
