YUANDA supplies varieties of PET blow moulds, which has covered the whole fields of mineral water, soft drink, and juice as well as in other food and non-food utilization. It permits our customer to produce high quality PET bottle with the most economical investment, the shortest production startup time and the lowest maintenance cost. The latest technology with our experienced design staff is our key to keeping ahead in the PET blow mould field, for example, our design department is equipped with CAD, 2D & 3D software running on the latest platform and those systems are used to design container and the complex surface plastic product required to create tooling for today's complex PET bottle shapes.

Bottle design
YUANDA design department is equipped with advanced 2D & 3D modeling software. Those systems are used to design PET bottle as well as the complex surface generation for today's plastic industry. Together with many years' experience and advanced design tools, YUANDA can turn your bottle design idea into reality and make sure it meets your requirement.

Material for mould building
45# carbon steel is usually considered as standard material to build stretch blow mould because it is very easy to machining after forging treatment. However, as customer's requirement, we also use S136 stainless steel to build mould, The S136 do not need the chrome treatment. The 6061 and 7075 aluminum is also available, due to the property of the aluminum, the blow mould has the great heat transmission and lightweight.

Mould building machining
For different bottle shape, YUANDA adopts Lathe, EDM and CNC machining center on mould building correspondingly. Perfect shaping, final volume matching, slight parting-line on the final bottle and proper cooling channels design with leakage proof are main features of Mega stretch blow mould.

Coating after machining
After final test on the mould, we will make the mould surface chrome plated to prevent the mould from rusting and increase mould surface hardness for long time use, the different coatings also are available at YUANDA Machinery.

Quality control and inspection
At the beginning of the bottle design, we pay much attention to bottle shape and volume. During building we select the most suitable machining techniques and tools to get a nice mould body. After assembly, we will test the mould several times to check the bottle actual volume, parting line and final shape. If needed, the adjustments will be done on the mould so that it meets customer' requirement completely.
