1. Traditional 3" butterfly valve with anti-suction devise 2. Revolutionary 3" ball valve a) Compared with butterfly valve, ball valve is sealed more tightly and with better resistance to pressure. There is no block when valve is opened, which make liquid flow through freely and quickly. b) In the joint position between internal valve and flexitank, a safety protection device is added. Upgrading on protective out PP woven bag |
Our engineers tracked and tested 1000 pieces of flexitanks at different transportation modes and conditions. We made those of the following revolutionary upgrading: a)Protective out layer of BLT flexitank is 8m seamless tubular construction which would eliminate longitudinal seams. b)Protective out layer of BLT flexitanks are made of high-tech aramid fibers, and it has incomparable advantage at tension and softness performance against ordinary PP fibers. c)Each 10cm between woven of the protective layer, there is a high strength zonal reinforcing rib. Their application will make an innovative upgrade in the flexitank safety area. |
