Tee fitting forming hydraulic press series UNI-YST30
Performance :
this series of hydraulic press is suitable for hydraulic forming carbon steel, seamless and welded stainless tee fittings; can make the metal products keep better flow direction beautiful appearance, compact density and improved intensity.
The equipment is provided with independent actuating unit and electrical system; adopts PLC programmable controller and realize inching, manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic those four kinds of controlling methods .the full-automatic function possesses the parts of automatic decompression which cast of manual handle, relieved the complicated manual operation and defective rate. This machine has the advantage of higher nominal pressure, easily shifting, higher guiding precision, higher universal property, and can handle the parts with difficult shape for blanking, stretching, rectifying and press fitting ;and more adoptable for producing the fittings on petroleum, pro-electricity and water conservancy, the company possesses the production capacity of 100T-600T.
