No Color Variation PET Membrane Laminated MDF Panel
Setting PET board adopt the E1 grade MDF/Chipboard /plywood board as the base material ,Then pressing the imported PETG film on the plain board by our Nun- dust -pressing plant .
*Eco-friendly : The PETG widely used in food packing Which is food -grade biodegradable material ,All of our PETG materials imported from German and Korea which absolutely eco-friendly .
*3D funcation : Wood grain color,laser flower ,seems you are living in the real 3-D world .
*High Flatness:eliminate orange peel texture ,weather resistance ,no color fading
*Less toxic gas released :Use the Germany Jwoat PUR- hot- melting glue to adhere to the MDF under the high temperature Which ensure that the less toxic gas released and let the PETG film combining with the MDF more cosely ,no degumming

SETTING PETG Board Packing Reference
1)Loose Packing
Covered with transparent film ,Two sheets face to face placed .
2)Pallet packing
Covered with transport protection film ,Two sheet face to face placed ,Around 50 sheets in one pallet,Cover the carton then Round it up by the steel stape .
Container loading reference: 1220mmx2440mm (4'x8') Thickness 18mm
20 feet container: Loose packing can load 400 sheets ,pallet packing can load 350-380 sheets
40 feet container: Loose packing can load 600 sheets ,pallet packing can load 560-580 sheets
