LG Brand PET MDF /PLYWOOD
LG PET film pressing on high quality mdf or plywood by imported high quality hot-melt -glue ,The finished panels has the following features
*Eco-friendly : The PETG widely used in food packing Which is food -grade biodegradable material ,All of our PETG materials imported from German and Korea which absolutely eco-friendly .
*high glossy : the glossy level is >92
*Smooth surface :eliminate orange peel texture ,weather resistance ,no color fading
*Less toxic gas released :Use the Germany Jwoat PUR- hot- melting glue to adhere to the MDF under the high temperature Which ensure that the less toxic gas released and let the PETG film combining with the MDF more cosely ,no degumming
*High chemical Resistance :It is Tested with detergents ,Stains (Coffee ,Mustard Etc )Liquids on the surface and it fulfills the high resistance against external pollution (1 B class )
*High scratch resistance :The surface is tested with the pencil on the surface and it is rated 2H level
*Color Stability :Internal tests with exposure over 400hr in xenon chamber certify that ever color is perfectly stable .
