General Description
Tubular separator is a precise separation machinery which fit for the lower solid content suspension liquid and lower small proportion dissolve liquid.It was the key machinery for the pharmaceutical,food,chemical,bio-products and beverage etc.
Based on the separation function,our company have two type separator:Clarify GQ and Separation GF.GQ series tubular separator is mainly used for liquid and solid separation and GF series works on the three phase separation including the light liquid,heavy liquid and solid.

every parts of the centrifuge is made by ourself except for the machine body molding, thus it keep the centrifuge quality we can control by ourself as well and keep the long-time running without problem .
From the spindle to the separator bowl , each technics have at least more than 30 step to finish a parts .

Separation theorem
Tubular separator is a high-speed precise,energy efficiency,environmental machinery within the all separation machinery.To achieve the separation purpose by the different material liquid proportion based the centrifugal force.As photo show the raw material liquid is feeding by the lower of the separator and outlet by the upper machine body and the solid remain the bowl inner surface by the high centrifugal force.

Bio-product tubular separator is one kind of tubular separator series which is specially designed for biological production industry.in view of the great viscosity small volume and difficult separation features etc, this separator has been improved on the original general type in order to raise efficiency and increase output .
And in view of the requirements of low temperature for biological making product cooling unit can be installed in order to meet the technological requirements .Check valve and bowl lining can be used in order to ensure bacteria alive and to prevent the materials from bacterial contamination in the bacterial separation technology.
