Slide Retainer:

1. PPSM Slider Retainer

Material: 8620 steel

Hardness: 58-62 HRC

The difference from English system PPSL series is: for PPSM series, metric standard is adopted for its screw and locking pin.

2.PPSR Slide Retainer

Material: H-13 steel

Hardness: 48-52HRC

It has independent design and integrated device. Installation is simple. Although appearance is small, it has certain load.

3.RC Slider Retainer

Material: 1.8159

Hardness: 45+/-3HRC

It is very simple and practical, and can be fixed in a very small space.

4.RRM Slider Retainer

Material: 1.8159

Hardness: 45+/-3HRC

The standard limiting location chip is very useful to delay the dividing and closing of mould, and it can increase the load of limiting 

location chip by increasing the number of chips.

5.SLLK Slider Retainer

Characteristics: It adopts surface contact which reduces unit pressure of contact surface so that it can effectively prevent damage

of side core-pulling slider. It applies to locking of much heavier component.

Mode Locking Components:

1.Z170 Latch lock

Designed simple, easy to install, the height is adjustable when operating. Test proved that you can choose one from Z170 and 

Z171.

2.PPL Latch Lock

It with small frame, but open mold exactly and no counteractive. No lock load, apply to low pressure lock molding. 

It’s action irrespective of compound molding sequence. Locking blocks have back function when hot runner plate close

 before devide face.

3.DTP08A Latch Lock

Surface Treatment: Yellow Paint Drying

4.Internal Latch Lock

Characteristics: It has reset mechanism and double ejection device function. Good lubrication is needed in usage so that product 

life can be much longer and the product can become more abrasion resistant.
