This machine consists of feeding device, curving&pressing device and electric control system. It adopts the formed pressing die to press the “pit” on the formed panels and make the panel curved. By changing the distance of the wave mark and adjusting the depth of “pit” can form into the panels with different radian. This machine adopts the PLC control to realize the automatic controlling of wave mark space and the free-set of wave mark space data.

7.Guarantee:
A: Guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for 1.0 year after date of purchase. Space parts will be made free of charge,but freight cost should be paid by buyer.
B: Space parts will not be performed even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances
- Damage occurs due to a natural disaster
- Malfunction occurs due to user error
- Malfunction occurs due to modifications
- Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
8.Commissioning:
1 technician for 7 working days from seller to buyer’s side for the instruction of installation and commissioning as well training. An English-Chinese interpreter will be send by seller in case of the buyer asks. All the expenses of them including local transportation, food, laundry and accommodation in buyer’s country and visa,international tickets will be on the buyer side. The hotel shall be equivalent or better than the level of a Chinese 3 star hotel. The buyer shall provide each person USD 100 per day as pocket money.
9.Payment terms
- 30% by TT in advance
- 70% is paid before the shipment by TT
10.Delivery time: 30 days after the down payment is received
