In order to control the environment conveniently,we have made an enclosed workshop.
In order to avoid the bad effect of high humidity,dehumidifiers are equiped.
In order to control the temperature,air conditioners are equiped.
In order to make sure the high quality of the products,the relative test equipments are equiped.
Now the test equipment are as follows:
1.Tensile Test Machine
This machine will test the the tensile strength of material of pu wheels and will give us the relative result which must meet the prodution standard.
2.Hardness Test Machine
This machine will test the hardness of the material of pu wheels and give us the relative result which must meet the production standard so as to make it safe for electric forklift walking on the road.
3. Walking Test Machine
Walking test machine is a simulation system. The PU wheels will be installed there. And it will test walking distance and working time with different load capacity.
As iron core is the main part of the wheels and will stand great pressure,test of iron has become the essential part of QC.
