JDLX-50GZ Fully automatic food boxing machien is special filling & boxing machine which can run intermittently ,The machien can be used in filling and boxing of irregular shape object in the industry of food ,pharmaceutical ,cosmetic ,commodity and so on ,Such as granule tea ,candy and so on.
Main Characteristics
The machine can finish all actions automatically like weighting ,filling,glue-spraying and sealing ,and count the finished products
The machien has the surveillance ,alarm,malfunction display system which compose of the devices of sensing element , photoelectricity ,overload protection .the machine will stop automatically when packed object cannot be detected several times or when is overloaded.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC & HMI ,uses chain to carry the paper box. so the machine can run continuously and stably ,there is backup interface online can adopted according to user's requirement .The machine can be adjust the speed automatically and make it can work with other packing machine together .It can link with pillow type packing machine ,container loader
