1.Application
The furnace is cycle operation type resistance furnace, is mainly used for various kinds of parts quenching, tempering ,annealing, distressing ,preheating and other heat treatment.
2.Construction
Consists of furnace body , furnace door and open mechanism, moving car, clectrical control system and other parts.
3.Feature:
1)car-botton resistance furnaces is national standard, energy-saving and periodic resistance furnace, with ultra energy-efficient structure.
2)It uses composite fiber for heat preservation, and ultra-light and high-strength refractory materials.
It can save energy from 60% to 70% with no pollution .
3)The furnace mouth has a brick for preventing workpiece impact
4)trolley uses double-layer sealing, with integrated rail connection and easy mounting and operation.
