Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch For PP Bottle
SLPLAS®CC15 Filler masterbatch is specially designed to be used in blowing bottle products to portly replace HDPE, PP. It works by Dispersion technologies to modified powders to keep the same performance with Polyethylene.
This leads to the following benefits:
-Reduced the overall material cost.
-More easy to striping mold on blowing bottle product.
-No any dark spot on products surface.
-Keep more glossing surface of proucts.
-High MI Index.
-Low water content by itself.
Technical Data
The nomal addition level can be 10-30%, depending on the kinds of plastic material and requirement.
-HDPE small bottle can be adding 30%.
-HDPE PP Normal size Bottle can be adding 15%
Packing
SLPLAS®CC05 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to 12 months provided it is stored as directed.
