Transparent filler for plastic
SLPLAS®TS60 Transparent filler masterbatch is specially designed to portly replace fresh HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP. It works by Micron technologies to modified powders to keep the same performance with Polyethylene.
This leads to the following benefits:
-Reduced the overall material cost.
-Keep the products of transparency.
-Improve the products of opening property.
Technical Data
The nomal addition level can be 5-35%, depending on the kinds of plastic material and requirement.
-HDPE Rolling bag can be added 10-20%.
-LDPE/LLDPE clear bags or film can be added 5-10%.
-LDPE/LLDPE color bags with printing can be added 20-30%
-HDPE clear Bottle can be added 5-8%
-PP sheet can be added 8-15%
Packing
SLPLAS®TS60 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to 12 months provided it is stored as directed.
