Nano Barium Sulfate Filler Masterbatch
TRANSPARENT NANO FILLER MASTERBATCH
SLPLAS®TB80 barcium sulfate masterbatch is specially designed to portly replace fresh HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP. It works by Nano technologies to modified Nono powders to keep the same performance with Polyethylene.
This leads to the following benefits:
-Reduced the overall material cost.
-Improve the products of surface gloss.
-Keep the products of transparency.
-Improve the products of opening property.
It’s suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food.
Technical Data
The nomal addition level can be 5-35%, depending on the kinds of plastic material and requirement.
-HDPE Rolling bag can be added 15-25%.
-LDPE/LLDPE clear bags or film can be added 5-10%.
-LDPE/LLDPE color bags with printing can be added 20-30%
-Especially can be used in agricultureal film and mulching.
-Can be used in thickness is less than 0.01mm of film.
Packing
SLPLAS®TB80 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Recommended storage life: up to 12 months provided it is stored as directed.
