1.stainless steel :
providing good corrosion resistance and strength comparable to galvanized carbon steel grades.
2.galvanized steel:
Zinc coated carbon steel offers some corrosion resistance. It remains ductile over long periods of working. Usually higher break strengths than stainless steels.

1. How do you design a steel wire rope slings ?
Of course ,we have to know your application firstly and a number of factors have to be considered, such as work load, safety abrasion, environment ,cycle life, flexibility, cost, When we design the steel wire rope slings.
2. what’s the safety factor of your product?
General ,use a 5 to 1 or 3 to 1 safety factor when we design it, example :breaking load is (1000N) 100kg ,safety factor is 5:1 (200N) Breaking strength should never be considered the rope's working load.
3. I would get a flexible cable assembly ,how do I choose?
In same diameter of steel wire cable ,the 7X19 construction is more flexible than the 7X7 construction.
Example:1/16’’7X19 steel wire rope more flexible than 1/16’’7X7 .
4. Which material should I choose?
Stainless steel cable is more corrosion ,but it is expensive than galvanized steel cable and has a slightly less tensile strength. If it is use for general industry ,galvanized steel is ok, if it is use for marine environment ,I recommend in stainless steel wire cable . depend on you application.
5. What’s the lead time of my order?
It was largely depend on the size of your order .normally ,15days . if you are in urgent need of it ,we will try my best to met your requirement.
