DY-BTS Big Driving Thermoplastic Spraying Road Marking Machine is a low-pressure air spray thermoplastic spraying road marking machine with high efficiency and flexibility, whose spray thickness is adjustable and not effected by the old marking line.
Main Feature of DY-BTS Road Marking Machine
1. Advanced hydraulic drive with infinitely variable speed control system for precise speed control and adjustment.
2. Moving priority design can be efficiently control machine running to enable the safety in case of emergency.
3. Larger capacity pressurized paint tank and glass bead container, make sure of long-distance and continuous marking job.Conduction oil jacket and internal vertical hydraulic agitator ensure efficiently and uniformly heating.
4. Adjustable double pneumatic atomizing spray guns, flexibly adjust marking width and thickness according to requirements.
5. Infrared furnace can save fuels by more than 50%, thermal efficiency is three times that of the normal furnace.
6. Sensitive, precise and stable computer control system easily realize all operations.
7. All directions warning system make sure of safety during construction.
