Clamping Technology

Moving Technology
Moving, swivelling, rotating are a daily occurrence in fixture and system construction. Among the typical applications are the swivelling in of welding clamps, lifting of entire assembly groups to working level and the moving of clamps in order to unload components.
Forming Technology
Systems for finishing of components of steel and aluminium sheets, or plastics. Typical applications are hole punching, marking or joining operations, which are required as additional processing steps in the manufacture of the finished component. The forming forces thus generated are between ca. 1 to 100 kN.

Welding Technology
Spot-welding tongs constructed after the principle of the toggle-joint clamp combining flat cylinder and mechanic power transmission in one encapsulated housing.
This extreme power density results in the very compact dimensions of welding tongs which are preferably suitable for installation within a fixture or robotic application. Due to the robust mechanic construction, the system components are designed for load cycles of up to 5 million.
